My Wake Up Call™ is a motivational audio CD or mp3 package which features uniquely constructed ten to fifteen- minute daily inspirational recorded messages designed to boost each listener out of bed with a positive mindset.

Each message is formatted to include a beginning, middle, and end, to give the listener a structured, focus-driven period of time in which to prepare for the day or to work out.

Each audio CD or mp3 package contains a month's worth of messages. The fifteen monthly messages are played sequentially and then reinforced once during the second half of the month via shuffle play. New CD’s
or downloaded mp3 files are delivered each month via subscription.
